I have no complaints with mine so far. It's quieter than my 98 Civic EX. I drive 40 miles to and from work each day and 98% of it is hwy. My speeds range from 60-80mph.
I haven't noticed any excessive wind noise on mine. At least, not for the price range this car is in. I mean, you're not going to get Infiniti or Lexus quiet for $16,000. It certainlny not bad though, I have driven on several long trips and have no complaints from me or my passengers
it's the windshield molding. it needs to be replaced, under warranty of course. happened to me and several others. not fixed or resealed, REPLACED. insist on it. tell them your friend has one with the same problem and that's what it was.
2000SE is correct, its the molding. Don't let them try to just reseal the window, it will not fix it. Just like 2000SE said, if they give you any trouble just say your friend had the same problem and it was a bad windshield molding.( I had the problem also) later.
