06 sentra automatic
Bought the car with 20000
Miles on car now -53215
New parts(less then a year)-inner outter tie rods, sway bar bushing and links, both control arms w/ ball joints, 4 Monroe quick struts, rotors, calipers, and pads.
Drums were replaced about 2 years ago with new shoes

I had to replace the passenger side control arm because the ball joint was able to move up and down in the control arm seat and it was clunking like crazy and I had a shimmy in the steering wheel at highway speeds.

Everything was good then one day I started to hear a clunk/pop again, brought it to mechanic and he said everything is tight, I also have the vibration again in wheel but you don't see the wheel shaking but u feel like in your hand, like a vibrating chair, you don't see it moving but you feel it. Wheels are balanced. any suggestions??

Sounds like driver side I also forgot to mention that when pulling out of my back yard or at slow speeds there is creaking. Also the clunk/pop doesn't have everytime I hit a bump, I take the same route to school everyday and I know which bumps/dips the clunk will happen on and which ones it won't happen on.

you need to find the exact source of the noise. maybe some mechanically gifted friends can help you, one listen outside, one inside, someone listening in trunk, etc.

from the sounds of it, with your statement of 'sterring wheel not shaking, but vibrating chair', usually means its one of the rear wheels hopping which you are feeling in your drivers seat. if you dont feel it in the steering, your front are probably ok. maybe have a couple of people standing in your trunk or door frame, and see where the noise is. very often brakes do make clunking noises, when the pads or shoes bounce around from having some excessive play (esp rear calipers), this is what disc-brake-quiet glue is used for. but it could be any suspension component, like a ripped/torn bushing or something. you can always bring it to a different mechanic, not every mechanic will see the same thing.
