Hey how did you make those grills, the car looks really nice, I won't be posting any pics of my car until the project is done, well when phase I is done I will send plenty of pics. (Phase I = CAI, Stromung, CF Hood, UR 4 Pulley Set, SS Brake lines, Shift Kit, 1000rpm or more over stock stall torque converter). Most of the stuff will be done in the next two weeks. I shoul be posting some dyno charts then.

Hey Styling. I didn't want to post it without your permission thats the only reason its not up there. I don't want anyone to get mad b.c I used a pic of their car without an OK from them personally. So if its cool with you I would love to post a pic of your car on my site.

And on the grilles. I didn't use gutter guard. I used a square mesh. I had it left over from the grilles I made for my civic. I did a double layer b.c one layer was to thin. Because it is a square mesh I just bent it over to make it double thinkness. When I did I made sure that the squares were just a tad bit off so that it has more of a full look to it. I am going to redo the bottom grille b.c it is hard to tell it is there right now b.c I didn't make it 2 layers lol. I should start making them and selling them or something lol.

how did you attach the bottom one???

I made a template sorrta thingy and attached the gutter guard to that and stuck it on the bottom piece of the bumper...but yes you can use my pic I have no problems with that

Ok this may sound weird it worked really really well. What I did was make a template with a single layer of the mesh. I then made the final one about 2 inches longer left and right and about 5-6 inches wider top to bottom. It fit perfectly in the grooves on the side of the opening and at the top there is also a slot between the plastic and the syrafoam thingy. I just wedged it up at the top and bent the excess at the bottom so that it was kinda holding itself in place. Then i tied it with clear fishing line to the bottom row of the three little plastic pieces. The fishing line is just there for extra hold b.c it is wedged in there so good it doesn't really move at all. I know that is totally ghetto but it looks really good and works wonders. That way it is easy to take out and I didn't have to cut the bumper any. You can't see the fishing line what so ever either.

Call me crazy, or call me creative. lol
