I need help with my SR20det buy

I have my eyes set on on of 2 motors just not sure what will work! I found a sr20det top mount intercooler it says for awd cars only and the other is sr20det red top. both are 90-96 motors. I currently have a stock sr20de and wanted to know if both will mount to my 5 speed trans. Can any one help with what will work better on my car? It will be my daily driver.

i would assume the engine with the top mount is the gti-r motor, so this would be mounted straight in the car, instead of sideways? or vice versa? meaning you may need to do some modifications to mount the motor. the red top is probably already configured to mount sideways. im not positive which will mount to your 5spd. just my 2 cents
