Yup I saw it at a traffic light up in Mililani. Haole guy looked liked, idk I just drove past and saw real quick. But yea the wheels set it off. It could win a 1st the way it sits now lol.

wut up im new on the island i got a 03 black on black specv. its being shipped here from mainland. but i noticed that here its required to have a vehicle safety inspection and i was wondering if they check emissions, bcuz i have no cat convertor. and around wut price is the safety check? where can i get it cheaper. i live by pearl city
