Ive been having issues with shifting when cornering right or after turning right. The pedal used to stick to the floor when i was doing this. Not something you want to happen when exiting a corner.

So far i replaced the clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder.

The issue is still there just not as bad as it was prior. Now when cornering to the right the pedal drops a lil more then when im cornering to the left. Shifting into the next gear is a lil difficult.

I figure ill see if you guys have any ideas as im stumped and is my mechanic.

bleed the line?
is this normally after driving for a while?
mine was doing the same but on hot days or while in heavy traffic where I was constantly on the clutch.
I switched to a higher temp fluid ATE super blue and swapped my clutch line for braided line. Never had the issue again

is your idle dropping when you take right turns? did you check your oil level? if your oil is low, a hard right turn may cause a stop in oil pumping to the head. not sure how that would relate to the clutch tho other than a low rev.

Loose mount would be my guess. If the transmission is "shifting" (for lack of a better term) from side to side, or if it lifts up slightly at one end when cornering to the right, this could possibly throw off the geometry of the shift linkage causing binding or sticking. I know that the "linkage" is actually a pair of cables that SHOULD slide smoothly regardless, but I've had mine bind up for no particular reason before, and I'm thinking if the "shift" causes enough of a kink at one end it may not let them move in a free state. Also the pedal would stick to the floor if the clutch cable were to break, meaning when it goes slack. If when cornering right, the transmission shifts towards the drivers side of the vehicle, this may create slack between the clutch arm and the pedal. Just a thought... Does it ever seem hard to shift while normally driving? Or do you get "chunking" or hard shifting ever where it feels like you can't get the clutch down far enough?

ok so just a quick update.

I was driving in a parking lot the other day and popped it into neutral while making a right turn. When i came to a stop i couldint get into first without pumping the clutch pedal. This also happens when im taking a banked entrance ramp at 80 mph. So the speed and the g force isint a issue.

As for the mount ill have to add that to my list of suspects. I never have issues with shifting when going straight or cornering to the left.

At this point i ordered a new SS clutch line im waiting on delivery, we will see what happens next. My mechanic called his nissan guy to see if he has heard of this before and that ended with a "no..." The speculative guess is a partial internal collapse of the clutch line that is aggravated when cornering right. Im just thinking that its going to be something else.

New clutch line installed and a new problem. Now i have 2 issues cornering right the clutch pedal feels fine but i cant put it into gear until i pump the clutch again. The new issue is going into 3rd grinds this is only under acceleration.

the 3rd gear grind is usually a sign its been past time to change your gear oil. be sure to use a gl4 gear oil.

your old problem still sounds like the hydraulics are loosing pressure or something. usually when you have to 'pump' the hydraulics means theres not enough fluid, theres air somewhere, or leak/loss of pressure.
