Sup everyone,

I got a 04 nissan sentra SER spec-v,When i first got the car in 2011 it went into limp mode and wouldnt go above 2 rpm. i ran the codes and got plenty of them ffrom the o2 sensor to tps. the car also had after market headers which were not tuned, so i decided to put a cat back in to keep the air flowing and relearned the idle from nissan ,unfortunantly the car still went into limp mode. Since then ive replaced the throttle body, the tps and the mas air flow sensor but yet i still have the same problem any ideas on my next move ? bty all codes are still coming up thxx

could you list the codes or us, there are many different codes for each sensor. are they all voltage codes, or sensor failure codes?

normally when you get all your sensors throwing codes like that, it usually limits your problems to electrical issues. so for starters, make sure your battery terminals are very tight and unmoveable. make sure the battery has bare metal ground on your fender wall. once youve done that, check your battery voltage with motor on&off, its ok if your idle is messed up.

so, if its not your battery or charging system loosing connection somewhere, it could be somewhere it the electrical system. however, worst case scenario for something like this is a bad ecu.

btw, you cant change the tps without ripping open the throttle body, you have a sealed throttle body that should not be opened. for tps failure, you get another tb. make sure you did ALL 3 RELEARNS successfully!

its very easy to change, you should have access to a consultII tho. be sure to use the replace the ecu with the same model# as the old one. however, theyre not cheap, so you should run thru the easy stuff first ;) what you can do is try an obd2 scanner and try to read the pending codes, there could be ecu issue if you have problems connecting, try to use a different scanner as well if that happens.
