Just bought a 2001 SE w/ PP. The dealer had a model with the Icelandic Pearl paint (factory job per the window sticker). Couldn't find this color anywhere in the sentra choices. Found out that this is a maxima color choice. Don't know how this came to be, but it's really nice.
Am quite happy with the performance of this car.
Can anyone tell me where to get a service manual for this car. Would like to ensure that when I upgrade it that I take it apart correctly. Your help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance. This forum has been great to learn things about this car.

Nissan sells what they call a ESM. Electronic service manual. The factory manual it seems is only going to be coming ouot on cd now. :-( It is also going to run you somewhere in the range of $200

Thanks for all the replies. I sent a note to Nissan asking why their service manuals cost so much ($315; was able to pick up my Acura manuals for $150) and they said that the manuals were only for sale to Nissan dealers/mechanics and were not for the general public.
Afraid that their cost is too much for this part-time tinkerer. Guess I'll have to wait for the after-market publishers to catch up to this year's model.

HI2k1: I'm sorta with ya. I have always purchased the Factory manuals. I stopped when I bought a 94 Corsica in 96. Price was I believe over 200 bucks. I used the one for my 92 Corsica. The only thing I do anymore is plugs, oil,shocks, sometimes brakes. For me the manual is 95% waste.

Guys, u will wait for a long time, 95-99 Maximas still haven't got onto hayners yet, neither the 2k Maximas. So I doubt its gonna be a short wait.
