Then new sentra SE has the SR20DE, while all previous SE's had the GA16DE. The 'classic' SE-R had the SR20DE and now the 'new' SE-R is going to have the QR25DE engine. To make matters more confusing, the new SE (SR20DE) is probably going bye bye (rumor).

Nissan should have called the B-15 SE the SE-R and just advertised a new engine for their 'new' SE-R. Sould confusing? It is when people think I have the GA16DE!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!

Don't feel so bad people. I drive a Civic and I have no clue what the various engine designation are!

Just tell me the displacement, SOHC, DOHC, Vtec or not and from what year.

Yes I know it's harder but that's how I remember it.

This is exactly what I am talking about. Confusing confusing confusing. Why not just make all SEs ga16de, and all se-rs sr20de. Then just advertise a new engine for the 'new' se-r.
