So does either of the stock 2001 decks have a set of pre-outs?

Someone must have looked into this, but the search came up with nothing in the forum.

You'd be pretty lucky to find preamp outputs in any stock system. Just go get a sweet aftermarket deck, or, you can go for a line output converter.

I'd just buy a deck that has em....cd players are really cheap right now...gosh i remember when i payed over $300 for mine back in 96'...now the same quality can be found for under 200 or even 150....
