So my alternator decided to give up on me a few weeks back, so I replaced. Since that day the power door locks, and defroster quit working. And the cabin light won't c'mon when you open the doors. All fuses are good. I've gone through some of the relays and they appear fine. So what in the world is causing this?

...? there is a fuse for these items, are you sure you checked the correct fuse, it maybe in the other fuse box, i dont remember otherwise check the fsm, or start checking voltages/continuty/grounds etc
