Positive or Negative triggers

I am new to this Sentra following, just bought a second hand 2006 Sentra. The keyless system does not work nor did the car come with any key fobs. Can someone tell me if the locks are positive or negative trigger? I bought a Chinese keyless entry system and I am completely lost on the wiring. Thanks in advance!
