hey all, my car has been shaking roughly at startup and until the engine gets warmed up. the CEL flashes and then stays constant once it stops shaking. I went to Autozone yesterday and the code came out p0301 meaning a misfire on cylinder 1. So I swapped the coil pack from cylinder 1 to cylinder 2 to try and fix this issue. Today I went again to see what code it is and now it says p0300. (the original code was never cleared out so I'm thinking it has the original cylinder 1 misfire plus now the cylinder 2 misfire because of the coil pack swap) I'm leaning towards thinking it is that coil pack but I dont wanna order the part without being sure. The spark plugs are all new and the car was just serviced quite recently. I'd really appreciate any feedback.

you most likely got the p0300 random/multiple misfire because you didnt clear the previous misfire code. its rare to have the ses flashing for just a misfire, might mean you have more than one coilpack failing at startup. assuming you already checked and changed the spark plugs, i believe the cam sensor could give you a cylinder 1 misfire as well. have you changed the cam&crank sensors recently? i wouldnt wait too long to fix this, the unburned fuel is corrosive to emission equipment.
