I am getting some volk TE37's soon, but I need some info on offsets. What are the ranges for the spec V? Any perferred offset on a 17?

Does anyone here have aftermarket wheels?? What offset?

I did a quick search for "wheel offset" and after some skimming it seems the factory offset for Spec's is

'02-'03 = 47mm
'04 = 42mm

It seems that anything from 40mm-45mm is just fine... unless you have an '04 with the Brembo option.. then you are going to have a much harder time finding wheels that fit.
