^^^^ what he said

check the voltages at connectors, and the spark plugs. you can rebuild the coil packs if the ignitor still works. also check out the cam and crank sensors, they could be tricking you with misfires.

Where is the crank sensor?
not exactly sure on the qg, but on a qr its on the backside of the motor, between the motor and the firewall, towards the bottom of the motor. it has to be somewhere to be able to read the signal plate next to the flywheel.

not sure, but orange/red spark means something, i dont remember, do some searching on that. you could have bad spark plugs, or . hopefully you dont have multi-tipped spark plugs. usually the spark isnt red, but more white/blue/sometimes orange, i think it depends on what type of spark plugs your using.

check/change your cam/crank sensors, also recheck your coilpacks, then follow the fsm, i think next is one of the modules judojohn is mentioning.

If the cam/crank sensors were bad would it even start?
yes, if they are failing it will still try to start, but will misfire. these sensors are good or bad, and when they failing are somewhere in between good and bad, very random.

i think hes asking if your ignition control module is getting random pulses, or no pulses. you should be checking voltages everywhere by now.
