Hi i was changing my alternator belt on my car but i forgot to unplug the positive wire from my battery. Then as soon as i disconnected the plug connecting to the alternator a small spark came out of the wire. i Connected everything back but my car doesnt start anymore. Could it be the battery that is fried? or something else? Btw the dash lights doesnt work, but my radio does...

were you changing the alternator, or the serpentine belt? not sure why you need to disconnect stuff to change just the belt.

so you got a spark when you disconnected the live wire(red cap), or when you diconnected the ground, or the wiring harness? im guessing you were changing your alternator, but did you run thru your fuses, sounds like you lost a few of them, possibly even a relay. assuming you mean the motor turns but doesnt fire.

I think the bigger question is, why do you want to do that to a sentra?

be careful working on the seats, if you have airbags in an 02 they are part of the seat. Don't accidently make them go off while you are putting in your... (facepalm) headrest screens...

i was thinking spammer as well, but it sounds as if thats not just a screen, more like an actual dvd player hanging from the headrest, lol, which makes installing it...lmao
