Date: Sunday June 17th, 2001.
Time: 6:00am till wee hours at night.
Location: Columbus 151 Speedway(Columbus, WI)/My House - BBQ(Lyndon Station, WI)/Cruise(Wisconsin Dells, WI)
Here are the specifics of the meet.

-Parking Lot Autocross.
-BBQ.
-Cruising.

That is the list of events. Here is the actual schedule of events and times of everything going down.

6:00am, Meet at my house or in the Dells for like 10 minutes for everyone to show up.
6:30am, Depart from the Dells on to Columbus 151 Speedway in Columbus, WI.
8:00am, Arrive at Columbus 151 Speedway.
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM - Registration.
8:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Tech inspection
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM - Walk the track
9:30 AM to 11:00 AM - Open Practice
11:30 AM - ??? - Timed Runs

Usually you can get in about 2-3 practice runs. Once we have those in it is time for the timed runs. Last year they averaged about 6 timed runs, but if you don;t want to do that many you don't have to. Autocrossing is all about having fun, but if you do well the top 1/3 of the class get trophies. Some things you you are required to bring if you want to participate are:

-SNELL-APPROVED helmet (loaners usually available)
-Seatbelts(I'm sure you guys have these
-Sleeved shirt
-Full shoes

Once the timed runs are done we will chill out for a while and b.s. about cars at the track or whatnot and then we will head back to my house for a BBQ. After that if anyone feels up to it we can go for a cruise in the Dells or if anybody wants to walk the strip this is also an option.

The cost of the autocross is $25. But if like say 10 people or more are interested I will try and get us a discount or something.

Well, let me know what you all think.

I like the idea and think it would be a real good opening for Sentra Fest. I'm just a little weary about AutoXing with my car. I'd love to, but I'd love to have an extra car on hand in case something went wrong.

none of the altima ricers want to come....from chicago...but i think sentras would do good on an autoX...if nothing else if you have a 87-90 sentra we got parts! hehe
I will go. I would probably come in on Sat. though, that way I'd be all fresh in the morning. Don't worry about autocrossing guys, it's nearly impossible to break anything! I've driven pretty damn far to autocross, never any issues. It'll be cool if we could all go!
