Well, the Eibach's are 1.2 front and 1.0 rear for the pro-kits. The sportlines will get you lower, but you lose too much suspension travel.

H&R will get you down 1.5 front and 1.4 rear. Apex claims a 1.6 drop front and rear.

As for the coilovers, there aren't any quality units available yet. I think there are some cheapies available, but that is it.

Im not sure who but someone posted with the Eibach springs and the 1.0-1.2 drop the spring travel was only 5%-10% more than stock springs, thats why I was planning on buying the Eibachs! The ground control coilovers use eibach springs anyways!

I have the Pro Kit springs w/ 1/3 of the bump stops removed in the front. I live in Ohio so the roads are pretty bad. W/ my 205/45-16's on, if I hit a medium size bump the front struts bottom hard. I really think that w/o aftermarket struts you will be asking for trouble if you lower it more than about 1.5 inches.

I still say I'm gonna wait till an aftermarket shock comes out before I lower mine so I don't have to keep replacing my stock shocks or even doing harm to my suspension.....
