K&N Air/Fuel Controller

I was just wondering if anyone thinks this would be a good investment, and to see if anyone does have one...impressions?

For your GN sure. For your spec-v no. It just a wideband O2 sensor you can use to better tune your car. You can adjust your timing or fuel and see how it affects your air/fuel ration.

Unless you are trying to tune your car its only that just a tool to tune your car.

could you possibly produce hp gains with this k&n air/fuel

When combined with the SAFC Then you could produce gains, and also not have to tune on a dyno... Basically the same thing as a AEM Uego
First, this is NOT a controller, it's a MONITOR or also called a gauge.

Second, it's not a wideband (0-5V), it's a NARROWBAND (0-1V).

Third, all the things can be bought alone and they are probably rebadged stuff... (O2 sensor Bosch, Autometer gauge, etc...)
