I was a little sleepy last night so I accidently took a red light. Next thing I know some stupid cop pulls me over and I get an $85 ticket.
Anyways, I decided to just go to traffic school to avoid any points on my license and to pay a reduced fine on the ticket. (Don't really feel like taking it to court and arguing with the stupid judge.)
But my main concern is whether or not my insurance will find out about the ticket (even if I didn't get any points). The problem is that my car is under my dad's name and if the insurance company tells him that I got a ticket then I'm gonna have listen to him ***** and complain about my driving. Not to mention, I'm worried that the insurance comp. might try to pull some scam and rise our rates cuz of that stupid *** ticket (I have Allstate btw).
Can any of you guys tell me if Allstate will find out about this or not? And what they might do? Thanks guys.
