I was driving home today and noticed how long the antenna is...i was like whoa..i never really noticed that before.....anybody know if a power antenna is possible or how about thos small ooglie antennas on the volkswagen golf's and cabrio's?

i know this won't help much...but i'll say how i dealt with my antenna. i just shaved it off completely. it looks a lot better...although i can get no reception on the radio...well a little when i go up to frisco. i just listen to cds right now. if i ever feel like it, i'll probably see if i can get it wired into my windshield or something.

you can get the euro mount antennae. someone on the se-r list had it done but i can't remember the link to their pics.

the only true way to find out if the power antenna would actually fit is to take the anttenna off and see what it has for clearance behind the fender i was also think of doins this but it has been to damn cold up here to go standing outside...but soon enough i'll find out
