Ordered an In Stock Gtir heat shield on Feb 19th. Called March 2nd for a status as I had not received anything except the order confirmation. They stated they were not sure if was in stock or had to be ordered. If it was in stock it would be overnighted to me, if not it was to be ordered. Fast forward to today. No emails, no calls, no parts. Call them up again. Oh we don't know what the status is and the guy who placed the order is off today, ok let me speak to a manager. Manager comes on, excuses, excuses, excuses. Cancel my order, you guys are useless.

This was my first and last experience with Infiniti parts usa. :mad:

This is the same company as Infiniti of Scottsdale? I've ordered from them in the past when Justin from G20.net was still working in parts and got my stuff without issues. Then again it was USDM parts, maybe the reason you had issues is because it's JDM stuff?

Same place. Regardless of where it came from their complete lack of communication and knowledge screwed them. It could have taken a month for all I care, as long as they made me aware of it I am fine. They didn't even realize I placed an online order until I called March 2nd.

This is the same company as Infiniti of Scottsdale? I've ordered from them in the past when Justin from G20.net was still working in parts and got my stuff without issues. Then again it was USDM parts, maybe the reason you had issues is because it's JDM stuff?
i love justin!!! i've ordered things from there as well, but i get to pick them up :)

sorry to hear jp, that sucks :(

i have ordered part from them and talk to justin and everything went okay except for the ordered part which is delayed. my part was delayed for 3 days so i was really disappointed. i also talked to the manager but justin sounds more knowledgeable and more apologetic than his manager that is only making lots of excuses. so far the part was received. its just a little misunderstanding.

is Justin working in parts again? last I heard he wasn't in the parts department anymore...which is why I started ordering from Greg V @ Gspec. Greg is pretty cool too, he beats other prices you find on the net if you link him to the prices..
