About a week ago I started to get the groan noise that comes with a bad wheel bearing so I put the front end of my car on jacks and had my friend give the car gas and neither of the front wheels made any noise and there is no play is the tires, is there anyway to determine which rear wheel bearibg is bad?

Also, you can pop the dust caps off of the hubs. If you see it is looking chunky and funky in there you probably need to replace that one. With the dust cap off I was able to see and hear that the bearing was clearly not smooth. Heck, if it is anything like my sentra you should go ahead and just replace both rears at once.
