How does this little extra look????

How does the sticker I added to my side skirt on my car to go along with my newly painted calipers???? is it too tacky???

Honestly?

I like it! I may have gone with a different font, but that's just me.

<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>Greg well that depends on how good of a job you want,,,If you want to go my route then I totally took the caliper apart and scrubbed them and painted them,,,,took me about 2 hours total time to take calipers apart and about an hour cleaning them and about and hour to tape prep and paint them and I let them sit overnight before I reassembled them....

i did a search across the internet for this topic, here is what i found:

i dig the caliper job, the sticker thing looks pretty cool but as someone said it does look like its from a cowboy movie or something. I prolly woulda done all caps too, looks kinda strange like its at the beginning of a sentence or something. Other than that coo coo

I didn't actually remove the whole caliper,,,the calipers are two sections I just removed the one section and the pads,,,,I just hung the calipers up under the car with a wire coat hanger and used a sandblaster to remove all the rust and junk.....But a wire brush works as well(just need to put a little elbow grease)

The "Western" is a Microsoft Windows font. I don't like the font either. Good concept, just don't dig the font.

IMHO it would have looked better in the same font as the factory badging on the back. Then again, I'm one who doesn't like stickers anyways.
