I'm thinking of getting some HIDs for my wife's 04 Sentra. I'm thinking that the H13 35w low kit should be sufficient. High beams aren't really necessary. My question is can the 04 wiring handle the HIDs without running a relay?

yes it can work without the relay just plug it in the stock plug.
