Purchased 02 Sentra ser to use as dirt track car. Running fine when bought.
gutted interior, removed wiring from dash back. Sent ecm out for performance tune. Now have start with high idle and won’t go over 2000 rpm , seems like it’s in limp mode. Is there anything that I could have removed associated with wiring that would cause this. Stumped. Diagnostics say running lean. Seems to be an issue with fuel.

Theres a whole throttle relearn process that will likely fix it

Thanks, we’ve done that about 4 times with no results. In the process of checking the sensor and accelerator pedal and associated wiring. Was thinking it was something to do with removing certain circuits that might have an effect on something else.
