That's awesome! How'd you do on price? Did you manage a great deal?

Enjoy, now it's time to pick up some bolt on goodies.

I ended up paying $11,300 after trade in. Its a 2001 Black Se with PP,ABS/SAB,and sunroof. It is a manual. I absolutely hate automatics. I'm the type of girl that loves to control the power of the car. I had 176 miles when I got it b.c I put 145 on during a 5 hour test drive before I bought it. It now has almost 550 miles and I have only had it one day lol. It has been really hard keeping it below 4000rpm but I know it will be well worth it in the long run. I have already changed the front and rear turn signals and it looks so much better. In my little town of like 10,000 people there is a car exactly like mine and it kinda sucks so I wanted to be a little different. Im going to tint the windows within the next two weeks so that will help. My parents are getting me mud flaps and a sunroof visor for Valentines day lol. I can't believe the looks that this car gets. Its like people are thinking ,"OMG What the heck kind of car is that, its so sweet" or at least thats what I would be thinking if I could see myself driving down the road lol. I did drive by the dealership b.c I was starting to miss my old car, it was kinda funny because it was parked right next to the garbage dumpster lol. Oh well, I have moved on to better things. And oh yeah I currently live in Michigan but I'm moving to Las Vegas this summer.

I turned in my beloved little black 92 Sentra XE 5spd (Trixie) for a 2001 SE P/P AT (Jaded). I keep giggling at how much fun it is to drive & how well laid out it is. There's something so appealing in the titanium dash with the star trek font, it's super cool at night. And, of course, the obligatory "oh, it's a moonroof AND a sunroof". They gave me a bum wiper blade on the driver's side, but I want to put some good blades on there anyway.<p>
You're price was WAAAY better than mine, but I'm in the city.[p]Are there good board suggestions on wiper blade brands? I use Bosch usually, but I'd like Sentra-specific recommendations.

Hey Nismo Girl,

Do you regret for one sec not waiting for the SE-R?

Just wondering, I'm faced with the choice of waiting and paying a few k more, or getting a 2001 SE w/PP.

I want torque now! I drive a '92 Tercel right now, so I think I'm gonna explode if I can't get a car with some poop pretty soon.

I don't regret waiting b.c I love this car. It is such an awesome car. I did some thinking about it and the Se-R is cool but I don't want to extend my payment plan that much for a few extra Hp and some other goodies. I am extremely happy with my Se with PP. I now have 675 miles on it and I have only had it 3 days.
