September I had my clutch replaced on my 05 qg18 powered sentra with 138,000mi on the clock. Recently replaced the transmission and clutch again due to a bad pilot bearing though I don't think it's related just coincidental.....
A week or so after the first clutch replacement, whenever I would use full throttle the power would start hiccuping causing the whole car to buck wildly
In the frigid cold of winter it would also do this at part throttle if the engine was not to operating temps yet? If I drive like a normal person and the weather isnt frigid it never does it.

Only mods are a JWT pop charger, throttle body spacer and a cat back exhaust

Possible fixes?

im thinking maf, tuneup, or electrical connection. but i mean it could be anything, clogged air filter, bad cps, bad coil, etc. do you have any ses codes?

yea, try cleaning the maf, be sure to use only cnc maf cleaner on the maf. also, make sure your battery terminals are tight, your battery is tied down very tight, and has good ground contact. you could also have some evap issues going on as well, its very hard to diagnose without a ses code, and not seeing it in person. so look around for any cracked/loose hoses as well. dont forget you could also try the 3 relearns if your tb is drive-by-wire, i think it is, but not positive.

how does the car startup, normally? does it idle fine when you start it? you have checked all your fluid levels yes? particularly oil and coolant?

Is there an actual how to for these relearn processes and pedal dances?
I'm currently searching and all I'm finding is alot of people mentioning them but nothing in detail on how to do any of it?
Im finding that E throttle is rather annoying
What was so wrong with cable operated throttle bodies lol

there are directions in the fsm as well for the 3 relearns, just follow the section that says 'without consultII' if you dont have a consult....

there isnt anything wrong with cable driven throttle bodies, in fact many of the super sentras have cable driven throttles. however, now with the ecu getting more accurate throttle and pedal matching signals, its supposedly better for mpg, efficiency, etc for the ecu to run the motor. but like any machine, it depends on more electrical sensors for environmental variables.

743 hp, 530 something tq, and cable-driven throttle body

hopefully you did them successfully, and you can do any relearns a few times just to be sure. did you symptoms change after doing the relearns successfully?

well, your definitely narrowing down the problem. hopefully its your one of your cps, make sure to change both cam and crank sensors. if it still doesnt work, youre most likely looking at bad maf, bad electrical connection somewhere, or bad ecu. the only other part i can think of that is controlling afr is your o2 sensors. if you can pull the top o2, WITHOUT BREAKING CERAMIC!, and take a look at it like its a spark plug. if it caked up with white crap or something, it may be the problem. use pb blaster on stuck o2 sensor when its cold, and use anti-seize when you put it back into the manifold.
