Front passenger door plug

So I'm just now getting around to putting on a better front passenger door that I bought a couple of years ago. The new(new to me) door has 1 big plug but my oe door has 2 plugs. Both are power everything. The wires appear to be the same. Question is, are the wires the same between the 2 different plugs? If so, can I pop the pins out and put them in the 1 big plug?

Edit: what is the module located behind the passenger side kick panel?
