ok bought this off amazon on a whim, seller offered full refund if I didn't like it/ fit right. The guy just listed 3 more of these spoilers for $190! Here's the link for anybody interested. yes it has 3rd brake light, i was still in the test fit/wiring configuring stage then pictures were taken.
