I was browsing through this forum for the first time in a while and I realized how much I missed my specV. I put a lot of time and money into that car. I don't regret any of the days where I could have done something else but I decided to stay and work on my baby. All the money I spent/wasted however you want to look at it, was well worth it. Money comes and goes! Oh the memories!!! I remember this one guy wrote in one of my threads a while back that my specV was the reason he decided to buy a spec. Comments like those make all the hard work, time, and money sacrificed well worth it. Anyway, so I punched my screen name into the search function to see if my screen name/specV came up in other people’s threads. It did, and I found out that my specV still gets mentioned as a forum favorite. I actually still receive pm's and emails from forum members not knowing that I sold my specV asking me such things as "How did you do that mod?", "Where did you get that part?", "Where have you been?", etc.. I don't mind answering any of those questions at all. The most frequent ones I get are related to my fogs lights, tail lights, BC2 kit and my SE-R amp-rack cut out. I came across one thread where the owner was claiming to have the sickest specV/B15 around. I would like to chime in on that one. At the time, apart from my own (not to sound arrogant) I admired Whammie’s the most. I just liked the way he did things. I think Whammie and I think a lot alike when it comes to modding. Also (off the top of my head), I enjoyed ENEMIGO's SE 2.0, GHSER7’s SE-R and either V-gasm or V-gina’s spec (I always get them two confused). I am sure there are a lot of sweet specs/B15's out there now, I just haven’t seen them. Whose B15 do you guys find most impressive now days? I would like to see how the B15 is presently being represented. So shoot me some links or some screen names. Anyway, since I am feeling nostalgic I want to resurrect my specV as well as introduce my '04 350Z.
Now, the guy I sold my specV to lived nearby, so I used to be able to see it whenever I wanted. But the owner is now selling the V because he is getting out of the military. Not sure if he sold it yet because I just returned from a deployment. I wish I could buy it back but I can't. BTW, I sold the specV because I made rank and was going to be making a bit more money (just in case you guys were wandering). Since the first time I saw the Z, I knew I was going to own that car. I also like the G35 coupe very much. I am not the only one from this forum that made the jump, MIAPLAYA is a fellow boardmember over at www.my350z.com
Here is a link to 'how to (process)' pics from when I had my specV. Some of you might find these pictures helpful.

The Z is only seven months old but I have done quite a bit. First thing I did was get two things I always wanted for my specV but never got around to it before selling it. Those two things were: Wheels and an in-dash TV/DVD player. Not sure what rims I would have eventually bought for the specV but I am sure that the right set of rims would have set my spec wickedly off. Here is a listing of what I have done/purchased so far for my Z:
