I went out to the track last night after it rained with a fairly good turnout. I ran a 15.70 @ 85 mph. Anyone have a time that beat this so far at the track. The traction once again was really bad so I know I can be in the low 15's. Goin back on friday for the Highschool shootout.

Is the PR CAI your only performance mod? Were you on the stock Firestones? That is a good time with just that one mod. What were the track conditions? 60 ft. time?

I've got Stomung Stainless Cat-back and PR CAI. I forecast running around 15.2's tomorrow (friday) with better track conditions. These runs were right after rain, still drying track etc. On a side note apparently my CAI was coming loose because before my second run I spun em then the rpms wouldnt hold, (vacuum leak) so I pop the hood and notice the cai is off the throttle body! So i put it back on and tightened everything again. Yea the firestones suck really bad, I was getting MAD wheel hop in the box as well as the line. Thinking about new tires but not right now, maybe sunday! Thanks for the compliments, btw I ran an Si with intake/exhaust 3 times, needless to say I went 3-0 against him.

I am thinking that the Stromung is helping us out a lot. My car feels noticeably better with it on. Congrats on the good time. Keep us posted on whether or not you better it! :) The best thing for your times would probably be new tires. hehe.

BTW, what are you launching at? I struggle with wheel spin on anything above 2,500RPM it seems.

Nice times/planned times, can't wait to see what slips show up on the weekend. I'd love to see mid/low 15's on PRI intake and exhaust only, and 14's on the gas. Sure makes for some serious surprises when someone tries to break off an SE!

Waiting for PR CAI, got the Stromung, got the Unorthodox, got a big fat empty "0" in my bank...:)
