The june 2000 of SCC goes in depth into our engines(the new ones). JWT told me that the cams are different, so he does not know if the cam gears would be the same. We have roller cams instead of hydraulic cams. and let me read up and see what else i find

JCGator is right. This is a must have issue for all new Sentra SE owners. It really goes in depth about the engine and its differences from old SR20's.

That issue has quite a bit on our 2000 SEs and the new SR20de do it will be a lot to scan. Just letting you know.later

Hey Russ, or David, or 2000SE,

Maybe these articles would be good to have in the technical section of our website. It wouldn't take much to transcribe them into web page format. You would probably have to get permission from SCC to do that though. I bet they would be willing if we offerd them a banner at the top of the articles.
