I have half compression in all cylinders, or at least thats what it seems like, maybe the compression meter is off. When my car is off and i remove the spark plugs, I can see liquid in my cylinders. My coolant went low, over half a gallon low. My car barely picks up speed, there's a small amount of white smoke from my exhaust. The car drives really rough in low gears, and when i let off the gas, the car jerks as it slows down at some points. ALso i can smell fuel a lot when im driving the car sometimes.
I just rebuilt the car a few months ago. Do I need to redo my head? no visible signs of leaks from the outside. Or is it just bad timing? My timing marks all line up to the best of my knowledge.

sorry to say but theres more than just timing that could be wrong here. but with that op it def does sound like something is wrong with the headgasket. if the coolant isnt ending up on the ground, its getting burned, and in your case, its seeping into your oil or out your exhaust. from driving, it does sound like your losing compression as well. i would rip it apart before you do more damage. it could be just the headgasket losing your compression, btw, that looks like chocolate milk not oil. hopefully you shaved the head, if you did, you might want to level the block, thats one reason it would leak inside and not outside. also did you use the 07+ headgasket and headbolts?
