No - not the price of the car....

My dealer, instead of just giving me a license plate frame - has also put a white sticker on the back of my car. I didn't really notice till this weekend, but them damn thing is crooked. The sticker is actually a laser cut groups of stickers, so each letter in the dealer's name as well as their logo would need to get removed separately. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this off without marring the finish of the car?

I have to take it in for an oil change soon...maybe I should just ***** at them about how it's crooked and I want it off.

I hate dealers that do that. I specifically told my dealer not to put one of those stickers on my car. :)

If it is just a vinyl type sticker, you could apply some heat to it and peel it back slowly.

You might try to get the dealer to take it off though. Afterall, they are the ones that put it on.

I would get the dealer to take the sticker off, that way, if something is damaged in the process... guess who pays for it?

Not you.

use a credit card to peel the sticker off. If there is any residue spray WD-40 on it and let it sit for about 15 seconds. Wipe it off with clean rag and repeat if necessary. when you're finished, wash that area with soap and water.

Don't worry, the WD-40 won't scratch your paint when you do the procedure; just make sure you wash it off after, because after a couple of days it can be abbrassive.
