I had my rear main seal installed and it seems that after the transmission got reinstalled, the clutch cable started having issues. Basically my clutch pops into 2, 4, and 6 normally, but 1, 3, and 5 sometimes don't even engage and the clutch doesn't pop in like normal, it sort of just slips in. Half the time it engages into those gears and half the time it doesn't.

i would take a look at the linkages on the top of the tranny and follow them back to the shifter. i would assume if you can get even gears the internals should be ok. make sure youre clutch pedal hits the floor as well, and comes all the way back up, it should hit and press both micro-switchs. just make sure the clutch fluid is topped off, hopefully you dont have a hydraulic leak, so look around for those.
