Yeah, you just buy a longer piece of airline, remove the old one and put on the long piece, cut it in half and insert the filter in there using two 1/4 inch pipe thread to a 3/8ths barb fittings.

The ones on my air compressor were $100 a pc. Not that I would have thought of this anyways, very ingenious :)

Cut oil line, put filter inbeween, use hose clamps to connect.

Total tools needed:

Am I missing anything?

Total tools needed:

- Fuel Line or Air Line ( I used fuel line that was strong so it wouldn't get sucked flat)
- Screw driver or ratchet
- Hose Clamps
- Filter
- Two 1/4 inch pipe thread to a 3/8ths (I think) barb. (To attach to the filter)
- Air/Oil/Water seperator filter (Walmart)

That's it!

Yes, i'd do it if you're N/A and especially if you're running NO2.
