I am going to change the MTF fluid for my 05 spec v.
In the fsm, it says to use new gaskets for the drain and filler plugs.

Should I use new gaskets?
Also, are the drain and filler gaskets the same part #?

hope youre going to use a GL-4 gear oil.

you should use new washers, the old ones may be corroded. they are cheap, just like copper washers that press into place when torqueing. i believe they are the same washer for both bolts, but am not sure.
