Been having an odd issue that recently came up. Everything is fine when I start the car, but after I disengage the ebrake there is a loud and constant buzzer noise that sounds from driver side footwell. The sound goes away when the headlights are turned on. Comes back when they are turned off. I suspect a faulty relay but looking if there might be other opinions.

Update also found my right headlight is also out, I assume it is related

Maybe there are some problems with some electronic components inside
