Service Engine soon, light just came on!

Ive had my custom CAI for what... 3 weeks now.

All of a sudden the light can on today while driving on the highway.

I checked my CAI, everything is tight and holding up well, I dont hear no weird sound, oil seems fine and nothing smells fishy.

Im wondering about that sensor that was on the resonator pipe (for the intake). I tie-wrapped it to the side with the other wires, but I did remove it form the plastic pipe and reconnected it.

But still... I did that 3 weeks ago.

And the light came on just while I was driving to the shop to get my muffler job, gah.

Anyways, I was thinking of disconnecting the power for 30 mins and see if the light comes back on after the ECU has reseted.

What do you guys think or suggest ?

Hmm, diidnt think about that, I should check.
I have noticed my gas going down REALLy fast today.
I filled up yesterday and I havent done that much mileage.

Noticed it after my muffler and midpipe install, but it cant be that!

I'll check the gas cap.

thanks

even if you fix the gas cap....

It takes a number of starts at operating temp to clear it. Disconnecting the power won't help. Need to read the codes. Do you know someone with a scanner??
