Car was not leaking oil before, but this month, I noticed a drop in oil, almost 1/2 in the dipstick level.

So I took a picture of where the oil formed on the bottom.

Anyone know where this leak is from and which seal to replace?

Is it a fairly easy job or a hard job where you have to take off everything?

I took the picture from the driver side in front of the wheel.

hard to see in the pic, did you take more pics? but youre pointing to the tranny/bellhousing.

from what i can see, your arrow is pointing to the tranny....? and no, its not an easy fix, to do this right youll have to do some disassembling, the arrow is pointing to the gasket i think. however, its a good idea to make sure the oil isnt dripping down there from a higher level and just running down to that point until it drips. if it is coming out of that gasket, its most likely gear oil, in which case you should check your gear oil level. you can see the drain bolt just above the red arrow, the should be a fill bolt (allen type) slightly higher and to the left of the drain bolt.

like said, make sure its not dripping from higher up, it could be like hydraulic fluid running down the tranny from the clutch. if its hydraulic fluid, it will be a lot easier to fix, maybe just a new line or fitting somewhere. more than likely, that isnt engine oil, the engine is on the other side of the bellhousing.
