2004 B15 2.5s to Spec V conversion

Ive got a pretty worn out nissan sentra 2.5s. The engine burns oil like crazy and the transmission is slipping.

i was wondering if it would be worth it to get a lower mileage Spec V engine from JDM engine zone and the 6 speed manual to swap it in.

I really love this platform even without the turbo. Super snappy around corners and decent acceleration even with my dying automatic transmission.
