Is it just me, or does that interior look like a redone Sentra. It has that same center storage box (which now has a navigation system) and the whole thing had the same shape as our dash. I wonder if the parts are interchangable?

nice car but it's not my type. I'd prefer a sporty looking car rather than a luxury looking car. I'd still rather get me an SE-R than the new Altima...just my opinion though

hhhmmm... I dunno. If I saw that front
end coming at me I'd be thinking "Hyundai! No... Mazda! No... Kia! No... OH!!! Nissan!"

It doesn't really set off the car.

Looks like they slanted the radio and controls away from the driver, like Honda
did in the Civic. Bad idea... I wonder if
they're doing that for crash purposes... To
keep the occupants that aren't in seatbelts
from slamming into knobs and sharp edges.

Man if they can get an SE 3.5 Altima in the low 20's that ws gonna be hard to beat anywhere in the car market. I have an SE sentra my pops has an SE Max, both 2000.... I can't wait to see this at the NY autoshow!!! You guys see the updated article at freshalloy yet? They reveal some juicy bits. Xenon HID lamps!!!

ACTUALLY...
Some guys put a Maxima VQ30DE into an NX2000
now I dunno how many of you have SEEN an NX2000 but they are SMALL, and since the VQ35DE is just a stroked VQ30DE then it wouldn't be any bigger.
AND of course the new Sentra has a decent size engine bay (bigger than the NX2000's for SURE) I tihnk you could easily swap in the VQ35DE, but of course you'd need to mod a WHOLE crap load of stuff..
