it should be on the front side of the transaxle. look for a plug with a hex hole - you will need an allen wrench to remove it.
awesome thanks dude, now my next problem, the bolt is seized if i try to turn it only starts to round it out ahhh, any ideas how to get them off when they r seized, can it be heated?

im not sure if its safe to heat the sr20, but always use pb blaster on stuck bolts. hopefully you have the correct size allen! i had used a bolt remover on one of my bolts as well.

Its a 10mm allen. If it starts to strip then stop and pb or use wax to loosen the bolt. You can always use the vent tube to fill the trans, but you cannot tell how much is in there. Since you know how much fluid you lost, then that shouldnt matter. Add a qt or qt and a half, through the vent tube.

BTW, get some piliers, and grip the barb and wiggle it out.
