there are many ways to drain it, not sure how you would fill it back up though. what do you mean its stripped? like the allen key doesnt turn the bolt, or the threads are stripped?hopefully your fill bolt isnt stuck, this way you could just use a pump to pull the fluid and push in the new right from the fill bolt. im not sure what these look like on 5spd, i know my tranny drain/fill bolt have a copperish ring on them which should be soft metal. sometimes its just a matter of breaking it free. you are using a lot of pb blaster yes? take a flat head and use a hammer to tap around on the copper ring. im not sure if a torch is a good idea there.

I say first get a new plug or one in good repair. then try to remove the old one. If it's like mine, then it is an allen head. try forcing the allen wrench in the stripped hole. maybe hit iwith a hammer, then try and turn it to remove.

you could also try a chisel and hammer or a punch. hammer in the counter-clockwise direction to loosen.

Yes the bolt is beyond stripped. Had it cold chisled at one place and the mechanic said he never seen one so stuck. Read on the web it might be possible to weld a bolt on and then turn bolt but bodyshop said it might cause a fire or damage the alumium casing. The fill plug is fine. Its just impossible to remove the drain plug.

if you can get the fill plug off without issues, just use that. youll just need to get a pump to suck out the fluid, theyre only like $10-15 for a cheap hand pump. itll probably be just a pain to stick the hose to the bottom to suck everything out.
