Just recently changed the clutch to a Stage 1 racing clutch, worked great during the easy shift break-in period, but now I should be able to go balls to the walls with it and I noticed some issues. When I have the clutch completely depressed in first gear and rev the engine (similar to launching) the car begins to creep forward as if I was letting the clutch grab a little. Also, the shifting between gears under hard acceleration seems to be a little notchy. Wondering if it could have something to do with the flywheel not being resurfaced and just scored, or if the clutch line needs to be bled some more.

Let me know what you guys think.

bleeding the line shouldnt hurt anything. the gearbox always has a 'notchy' feel to it. have you checked/changed the gear oil? as for your clutch grabbing, does it make any noises? sometimes creeping forward can be normal, which is sometimes the case as they tend to drive when the wheels are in the air. it could also be bad, but generally you would also feel some hard vibrations, slipping clutch, or odd noises when shifting. not sure on your warranty for install, but i would say break-it-in for a little while longer.

i know the tuned guys like the ate super blue clutch fluid, and red line gear oils.
