well, i got a misfire code on my 02 SER spec v today. says that cylinder 4 is misfiring. i can feel it when it happens. isnt consistent. if i accelerate there is no misfiring or any issues with power loss. only seems to happen on the highway at 100km/h (60mph) and only for a moment then all goes back to normal. the engine is warm already (had been driving for close to an hour). I was thinking possible sticky valves, spark plugs or ignition wiring. and if it is the plugs (ill be pulling them out tomorrow i didnt have time tonight) then what is the cause for the fouling as they we just changed last year.

it seems very odd. i have already changed the header and locktited the screws. only mods are hella 500 driving lights, header and injen cold air. also i haven't been able to get rid of the code for the 02 sensors from changing the header yet either.

thanks

just use 2 antifoulers on the lower o2 sensor. misfire could be a few things, maybe coilpack, have you changed your cam & crank sensors recently?
