Im looking for the soothest ride. what srpings???

My 02 spec v is very bumpy now and im looking for a smoother ride, i ehard eibach pro kit and sportline is smoother than stock , but that is ahrd to belive that you would get a smoother ride after its lowered. I really dont ar boaut lowering it i just want a smoother ride does anyone ahve any suggestions?? also my 3rd gear grinds sometimes and so do 2nd and 4th when thec ar is cold, i hear the redline mix of mtl and mt-90 is good ? does anyone ahve any comments on the redline mix? thanks

I like the redline mix, myself. Have you considered buying the squishier stock suspension from a GXE that has new coilovers (cheap option)? Consider "touring" tires with a higher sidewall; that will make a big difference but will not be great for tight handling.

You're not going to get a smoother ride by lowering the car, period.

Want a smoother ride? Trade springs and dampers with someone that owns a non-Spec SE-R or a GXE. Just prepare to lose some handling.

You got that right. When I got hit by a drunk I had a GXE rental. The ride was smoother, but I nearly killed myself on a sweeping curve I took at 75mph out of habit. My SE has all the handling I need and anything less will not do. Screw smoothness.

You're about as useful as a jpg to Helen Keller.
