Carmine and his new little brother. We adopted him from SNORT Rescue and think he's probably pug and boxer:

I love the smell of rice in the morning.

You guys are killin me with your gorgeous dogs. I'm looking at a lab bull terrier cross today, he's 2 but well trained and affordable. I'm not sure I want a puppy, my cat only knows 1.5 tricks and needs lots of attention too.
It will be some type of lab cross (boxer/bulldog prob if not the bull terrier mix)...I can't live without a dog...

Not worried about him and the cat since his age? Mine are all awesome with the cats but got all mine as pups and already had cats.

At any rate GL and hope you find a dog as awesome as that cat.

Rex is generally scared of cats but just quietly keeps his distance. He's played with Tony a couple times already but Tony does play rough :P
The lady at the pet store said their policy is for pitbull crosses to be muzzled but she'd never do it to this guy

Right now the dog is asleep beside the kids on the couch (big day) and the cat is chewing on his big bone full of marrow. lol

My 10 year old girl can walk him without a worry. The owner said he'll walk off leash but keep him on for a couple of weeks to get used to us.
He was pulling ahead but corrected in 4 -5 blocks of walking.
My house feels like a home again tonight

Rex has gotten over his fear of Tony and plays back most of the time now
Tony is 15 months now and 12lbs of skinny long cat.
Rex weighs in at 55lbs.
