Pros:	power, sound no more precat
Cons:	cant use stock downpipe for smog test. too loud for some

good quality. ceramic coating. 02 sensor included..... this is better well made header one of the best i seen so far. install easy and o2 sensor wiring is easy too.. had for 1 1/2 year and nothing but good... the sound is awsome maybe too loud for some but theres no cats at all...
